All good here this morning. Good and COLD! In reality, it's only about 13 F colder than average but something about 0 F just seems colder. Zener has a good appy. He keeps looking for warm spots. So far, he's tried 2 of the 4 heating pads. :lol: Anne found a new kidney liquid made for cats and dogs. He didn't want to eat his food with it last night but I said it was good for him so he did. That fortiflora didn't hurt either. ;-)

Seems like there are a bunch of kitties needing special LL vines and prayers this morning: Mannie, Do Lou, Cleo. Carla is still battling her bug but hopefully Marje and Mike are over theirs. Happy Sunday LL!

Oh wow, that is cold for AZ, but I guess not your location, still though....brrrrrr! I won't complain about our freezing 39 high degrees! :lol: I'm curious what kind of kidney liquid did Anne find? I hope Z man has another nice slide today!

Kidney Support Gold

This is the kidney support homeopathic liquid that I found. We have had him on a similar support liquid for over a year, but it is 20% alcohol. This one has no alcohol and is formulated for pets instead of people. Thought it was worth a try.

Thanks Anne on the info for the kidney support homeopathic liquid. Very interesting and yes, it is certainly worth a try. Let me know how Zener does on it.

Looks like Zener is back on the slide again this cycle. We started a new bottle of lantus last night, we had used the previous bottle for almost three months. Not sure if that has anything to do with his numbers being on the high side again, but what the heck. We are still seeing some greens at this dose and will wait a few more cycles before increasing, it that's what the numbers tell us. :roll:

@Lisa & Do Lou - well, most people do come to AZ to retire to the warm climate. But there are a few "areas where there is higher altitude. And temperatures in AZ are all about the altitude. We live in one in Flagstaff and the high rims of Grand Canyon country, there is another mountain area near Tucson and also in eastern Arizona. We are 7000 feet and the mountains just outside of town are up to 12,000. Zener has hit the blues as requested. :razz: We are sending eating vines to Do Lou.

@mary & oliver - both kitties have now made their backyard rounds, once the temp hit a balmy 17 degrees F. :shock:

@Ann & Maggie - we will keep you posted on how the support liquid works. Zener does not like change so it will take us a little bit to get him to eat his fuds with the new liquid, thank the kitty goddess for fortiflora! ;-)

Our temps are supposed to get above freezing (for the highs) mid-week, just in time to the belly shave for Zener's U/S Wednesday afternoon. All kitties have done a turn in the backyard, enjoying the sun, and are tucked back in on their heating pads. Poo patrol had great success in the search for the abominable frozen poo. :lol:

Morning guys looks like the new juice is doing the trick this morning, hope you see green! Brrrr cold there, we hit the high 20's last night verrryyyy cold for here! Hope the homeopathic stuff helps. Have a great Sunday!

Another nice slide for Zener today. I hope he'll get used to the fuds with the new kidney liquid in it and that it will help him.

Liz, I think I have picked up the flu. Last week I'm pretty sure it was just a bad cold. Thanks for asking in Furball's condo. Thanks for the get better wishes.

Yay for slidage! That's the way to do it Z-man! Interesting on the kidney med. We'll be watching too.

Keep sliding Zener, you are almost in the lagoon. It will be interesting to see what the kidney liquid does. I wonder why so many "health products" have alcohol in them?

0 - 2 C here, it just sounds so much warmer than 0 F. Your kitties are so brave going outside to use the outdoor LB in that weather.

Well darn, a nice slide then a pop back up at PMPS. This will be Zener's 5th cycle since our last green numbers and we are seeing more pinks and yellows than we like, so a dosecrease is on the horizon. The threat has been made! :cool:

@Michelle & Scrabble - numbers are better with the new juice, but the greens remain elusive. :?

@carla - another slide but still we want more, beans are never satisfied. :lol: Hope you are soon on the mend!

@Melissa & Mr T - happy appy tonight, woo hoo! :-D

@Ann & Tess - he is the slide master. ;-) Now, if he can get that nadir down a little...

@Wendy & Neko - yes, please send us your 0 C! We should hit that on Wednesday, it will feel practically balmy. The kitties manage to get in their rounds despite the cold and picnics continue! :razz: And we don't understand the alcohol either.

Back to work for both beans tomorrow, and we are dreading it. The kitties may be glad to have us out of their fur so napping can continue uninterrupted! :lol:

Sending you all warm rays of sunshine to nap in to escape that nasty cold weather and hoping the dosecrease threat is all it takes to knock Zener's numbers back into shape.

After such a nice, classic slide, I guess a little bounce isn't so bad, right Z-Man?

Your temps are what we should be having, but we were in the 50s F. today. Rain and a freeze are on the way. No snow in the forecast. Bummer!

Have a good evening, guys, and stay warm. Have you bought the sweater for Zener yet? Only a couple more days 'till the U/S and you want to make sure he gets a warm sweater to wear afterwards!

Woo hoo! :mrgreen: Threats of a dosecrease do it again! :mrgreen: And of course, on a most inconvenient night. :lol: I've been off from teaching since May on sabbatical and tomorrow is my first day back. What a perfect time for the mighty Z to ditch the slide and hop right on the diving board. Looks like a mini-PJ party. ~O) @-) ~O)

@Roni & Moonie - we should get into the 30s by mid-week and it will seem warm after our forecast high of 17F tomorrow, not sure what it will feel like with wind chill added in. Numbers are looking very nice tonight, so I may be up for a little longer. So much for being fresh for work tomorrow. :lol:

Hmmmm, I should have thought about going back to work tomorrow before I made that dosecrease threat tonight. :oops:
