Good morning,
Mookie is still in a bounce from all those lovely greens two days ago, which must have scared the heck out of his liver. The greens happened because of a dose increase, from 1.00 to fat 1.00. It's hard to measure success from one good cycle when he subsequently has 3 or 4 or 6 bad ones, but I know that's when I must be patient and look at the big picture.
Mooks was really not feeling well all day yesterday and much of Wednesday. I gave him 0.1ml of bupe yesterday afternoon because he stayed in a hunching or meatloaf position with his eyes half-closed. After that he was able to nap. Wednesday and yesterday were the first time I fed him Wellness Core canned, and I wonder if the higher fat content (which I gave him for the extra calories) aggravated his pancreatitis.
Today he is back to his hungry, playful self, even with the high numbers. It's a huge relief.
We wish everyone a peaceful day and healthy kitties.
