Re: 1/13 Mannie PMPS HI, +2 HI

Hi everyone! Mannie continues to eat what is offered, though he is very selective. I won't complain, at least he is trying to est, fairly close to his normal allotment,. he wasn't too interested in his =2, and I didn't push it.

Hi Liz - it was nice to see him eat his Pmps meal - YAY! Sure hope this continues!!! Paws crossed! :-D

Hi Lisa - I so agree: lookout tower - well put. I hope Do Lou is feeling better. noting worse I swear than when they won't eat.

HI Amy - so far so good -as long as I serve something that catches his interest, last couple have been back to the MD. oh well on that - at least he is eating.

Hi Deborah - I will pass along the pets! Mannie says thank you!yes on the sleep and yes on the not so cool on the HI. I hope his next test is better.... paws crossed!

Hi Sienne - That is the plan - full abdominal US - all that there is to see. We do need to especially check that liver.... I know she will do the kidneys as well, she mentioned them the last go around. The vet and I had talked about a possible kidney infection,, well, we talked about a ton of things... and yes, so agreed on these high numbers, agreed on all you wrote on Higher carb foods and the dose. We are also watching for ketones. Thanks for all!

Hi Desi - thanks for the visit!! :-D thank you so much for the vines and snowflakes. The eating is getting better. That is the plan - he gets whatever he will eat right now, and I encourage him to get in the normal amount he would eat, if not more. I have been lucky so far in doing that, as long as I can shuffle foods, and keep the "interest" going. Hopefully with the US on Tuesday we will have a better handle on what is going on with him. and I hope so on whatever this is has run it's course - that would be so nice. Thanks again for visiting us!

Maui - but i like to fly!!!!! This si so fun! Do you know that your plane can do loops and dives and climbs and everything! This is so cool! uhhhhhh, yeah i remember that movie.... but he chucks that guy off the plane! ok.... i will come down now, - I swear, so don't eat all the cimmamum cookies, 'K? ~~ Mannie

What a relief that he ate, maybe his tummy is feeling better. Do you have fortiflora, he may like the flavor and the probiotics in it should hep the liquipoo.

Hey, Mannie! You ates!!! dancing_cat dancing_cat flip_cat flip_cat flip_cat What was it can we gets you more???? Every kitty in LL is pulling on the ropes! Try blowing out real hard, maybe that will get you moving and we can pull you down! -- Tess

Hi Michelle, sorry for the late visit. I've been thinking about poor Mannie, and I think you should consider getting the parasite screening done. Especially if the U/S shows nothing, or maybe even anyway. My vet told me that they are being recommended any time kitty isn't feeling right but you can't find a cause. The reason I say do it either way is some of them, like the one Kibby had, is secondary to something else going on. I can totally relate to how worried you are. It's bad enough when we KNOW the problem, many times worse when we don't. Sending hugs to you, and vines to Mannie.

Hi Ann - that he did. He seems interested enough, but it still take alot of encouragement and one on one feeding. I have thought of that - might try the fortiflora. I've been leery as be really balks at anything in his food,. he knows it's there. silly boy!

Tess - I DID! It was OK.... my bean said I needed to eat, so I did. and I'm on a lower floor this morning - you guys did good. Keep pulling! I'm still a little high. ok - I will keep blowing!~~ Mannie

Hi Anne - no problem. I'm lucky to get to many at all... THX - and we did do that just a week ago when this all started, it came up clean. I may have to repeat it I guess. I will talk to them about it all when we do the US. THX so much for the vines and the hugs!
