He found the trampoline and has been bouncing once again... thought we had broke that after all that time spent in the blues / greens but i guess those few days in the pinks reset him some??? hopefully he finds blue again soon.. DH decided not to go in to work today so took advantage of him being home and Lincoln bouncing to get a ride to the vets for more insulin and probiotics... home now and we are full on supplies once more...

@Doodles & Karen yes i so went BTB after seeing his morning number.. ugh i hate the pinks so much.. thank you for checking in on us :bighug::bighug::bighug:[/URL]

Bounces stink but they are suppose to be days to do something for you days and a pokie break for the kitts. Think he'll be ready for business again real soon. I still get very happy looking at all the progress on his SS. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Down now Lincoln, you making mama bean sad buddy.

i love the progress too!!! i just wish he hadnt started bouncing again... i thought we were past that but he decided otherwise... he isnt as cuddly today so yeah he doesnt like the pinks either.. :cat::cat:

yeah i have to ask at Costco about prices... $40 for the 3ml vial of lantus... and the probiotics are the fortiflora kinda i dont know if i can get them elsewhere?? the vet is the same price as online when i checked... i only use them cause when Lincoln and the others are uninterested in food it helps them eat... dried mouse sprinkles lol

Nice of you to help with the vet's vacation fund. :p I got my cheapest insulin at Safeway Pharmacy of all places. Even cheaper than at Canadian Superstore or Costco. Levemir, which costs a bit more than Lantus was about $120 for a 5 pack of 3 ml cartridges. When I got Lantus, it was closer to $100 for a 5 pack. You can also get Fortiflora at Amazon.ca.

ok i will be talking to Costco pharmacy when i go tomorrow for sure now... i was thinking it wasnt much of a price difference but now i better confirm that -- thank you Wendy :bighug:

There was a story in the local paper here a couple of years ago where some vets were reselling a 10ml vial of Lantus for over $200. It was around $75 at the pharmacy. I guess it's a vet clinic "storage" fee. Thankfully my vet just pointed me to a regular pharmacy. I can't imagine BC prices are that much cheaper than Alberta.
