Must have been some party last night!! Miss China dragged herself in sometime early this morning (before the ice started) and has been snoozing all day!! Of course mama doesn't mind having a good snooze with her kitty either!!
Well, so far, so good here in Mid-Misery (Missouri)
There's ice, but we still have electricity, so that's all that matters!! I made it out to the store to shop for myself and although the cars are covered and the back streets are pretty awful, the main drags are mostly just wet.
The storm so far has been pretty much a bust, so my original statement about "the louder they scream, the less actually happens" still seems to be accurate! But we are supposed to get another wave of ice tonight so I'll just continue to hope that it's not as bad as they thought it'd be
