Been out all day (damn job, hmmph) so no spot checks today - wierd to have no idea if it was a good or bad day numbers wise. He was alive when I got home so I'll assume it wasn't a BAD day! LOL

So I have now been at 2.25 for three cycles and haven't seen as much green as we did at 2.5. Should I sit tight as is or go back to 2.5? I've never done a decrease before so I am not sure what I should be looking/hoping for? I would LIKE to see a steady string of GREENS but maybe I just haven't been here long enough yet.
Any thoughts???

AAhhh....looks like Tiki had a little bouncing yesterday and then cleared. Remember that we dose primarily on the nadir, not the PS. He nadired in green last night and we're not sure what he did today. Understand...life happens. But I would not be comfortable increasing his dose without seeing a little more of what he's doing mid-cycle. While 161 to 156 looks pretty flat....he could have easily come down into green and gone back up. Although he was on a higher dose on 12/30, a.m. cycle, if you hadn't gotten all those tests that day, you might not realize how low he actually had gone
Maybe this weekend you could do a little mini curve and see where this dose is taking him and then decide?

The luxury of 12/30 was I that I was on vacation and had nothing to do but look after my cat. Now it's back to reality (why can't money simply grow on trees??? :YMSIGH
. I think you are right - I will plan for more pokes this weekend and see how things look and revisit this question later on.
I just hate those quarter (.25) doses - I go blind trying to get it right!

A lot of folks collect most of their data on the weekends and just get preshots and grab spot checks as they can during the week. It's not always ideal, but what is? :roll: :lol: My husband and I both work full time, but work opposite shifts (I work nights which is why I'm always up so late) so we are able to get pretty good weekday coverage. Do you have anyone you would trust and would be willing to check Tiki for you? In the meantime, just put on your patience pants :lol: :lol:

I have a roommate, and while I love her to death, she is as dumb as dirt so there's no way in HELL I trust her to do anything THIS complicated. nailbite_smile
