Good evening all,
And hoping these days of challenges have been smoother sailing today. Vines to all ❤️❤️❤️

Don't have much to update for Sootie's Tribe. My stupid human tumbles of late are frustrating. I get very little done in spite of good intentions and mini spurts followed by much needed slow downs.

Azalea indicating she's feeling more ready to resume..or begin to resume...life outside her 'sanctuary of healing.' I now leave the door open when I'm in her room with her. She ventures out, explores, sniffs and dabbles about her earlier usual places. When she's had enough, she saunters back to her room. She's not fazed by Dancer's now occasional presence in her room but does get wary when Dancer is nearby during these forays upstairs.

Last night's rain washed away most of the weekend's snow, making a spring-like thaw today.

Wishing all a gentle night with heaps of vines abounding for sweet dreams and a smooth sailing day in the morrow.

I'm glad Azalea is feeling like exploring. I hope she'll get more comfortable being around the other kitties. I hope you recover from your tumbles soon. Sending prayers. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Always good to hear from you and get the latest updates. Hope you can take Azaleas lead and heal up nicely.
As always really love knowing you are never too far away and watching over Uncle and I.
Sweet dreams to you as well.

Good report on the tribe, with no new tumbles, I trust? :p

I'm glad Azalea was granted house privileges and is taking advantage, however cautiously. I hope she continues to thrive.

Sending healing vines for your bumps and bruises.

Love the update... the tribe sounds like they are doing very good... keep gaining strength little Azalea... please be more careful Sina and dont hurt yourself... spring would be a very welcome time here but its a ways off for Canada :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Thanks all❤️❤️❤️
Last night fell asleep early. Must have needed it. Crossing paws, no new tumbles. Yay. Your LL vines must be holding me steady! Thank you and big hugs big hugs!❤️❤️❤️

Must have rained during the night, too. This morning snow completely gone.

Azalea resumed reacquainting herself with house and the upstairs tribe last night with Steve. From the volume of his texts (that I slept through) , sounds like they all had a great time. This is good. Azalea's been great about being sequestered these past two months and during most of that time I think she herself felt she needed no distractions so that she could concentrate on healing. Now, though around three weeks since the enucleation surgery on dec 16, she is gung ho and very wise in her choice not to rush.

Wishing all a smooth and gentle day with healing vines abounding in LL for all kitties and their Beans :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

Love hugs and vines
Sina and Sootie's Tribe

P. S. Here's a silly wonky photo of polydactyl CH Dancer who, from the look of her paws, must have been finger painting in LB.

So glad to hear Azalea is feeling better! Sounds like everything else is calm, which is good. I hear ya on the "good intentions/mini-spurts/needed down times"...been there for quite some time since my Dad got really sick and ultimately passed away last year. I guess it's our way of healing, too.

Yes so true Amy. Caregiving and loss, whether for our beloved fellow human family or our equally beloved felines, takes its toll.
My condolences on your dad's passing last year. ❤️ It's difficult very difficult. Yes, healing ebbs and flows, all we can do is flow along. Learned that a hard way. When my father passed away many years ago after a long progressive decline, instead of flowing with healing from loss, I dove right back to work to keep the business going and supported my mother during her adjustments. About six months later, as if in an instant, I completely collapsed in grief and exhaustion. So, I know what you're feeling.
Hugs hearts and healing vines, mini spurts and all,
Sina

Wonderful report for the tribe! Love to hear that Azalea's healing is doing well. Be gentle with yourself and as Azalea listens to her healing path, please listen to yours. Your are the head of the tribe and without you, the clowder would falter. :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:
