A little more graceful than yesterday's decrease, hoping for a continued gentle glide downward. Sticking around for a +1 this morning, then going to take a long lunch today at work to get a +5 and a +6. We have a consult with Dr. Lisa tonight to get his diet issues squared away (YAY!!!) and a follow-up visit with the vet on Friday to look over his skin issues, which continue to pose problems.

On the home front, rugs and furniture are all dry, there is lots of snow on the ground, and this bean is fond of our new schedule on a practical level, but is darned tired! Of course, that probably has something to do with the fact that I was up until after 11 sorting coupons!

LOL going home in a bit to check out whether, in fact, the Wee Dub is "bringing it down."

I look at him and say "P-Fizzle is in da house!" (oops. forgot a nickname! add to list!). Then I ask him, very matter of factly, "Poopy, are you in the house." And he looks at me like I've grown another head.

Yes, the games we play....

Wishing 6:00 would get here faster. Excited for the consult!

Not a bad AMPS, I hope he comes down nicely today for you, Christie. Good luck with the consult with Dr Lisa, I'm sure that will be helpful. I hope you can get to the bottom of the skin problem too, that must be frustrating!

Those flat yellow cycles sometimes mean that a bit of action is in store!!

LOL Sienne, my heart sunk a little when I saw that 256, then I remembered you saying that the last time we had a cycle like this! :)

Hi, happy Tuesday! Fingers and paws crossed here for your consult. Will be watching for updates. I know I'm not much help now but I read a lot of condos to learn. Figured I'd say hi instead of just lurking. ;-)
 
That spike was a little more than what I wanted, but fingers crossed for good things in the next couple cycles.

Dr. Lisa is great and was very detailed in seeking information and providing alternative perspectives on alot of what my vet is saying which was so helpful! She's working up a diet recipe for me that will be balanced and meet his restriction needs, while working with what we have protein wise. I feel confident that we can make the diet work (even if I don't actually think that food allergies are the problem, and therefore I'm likely doing all this for nothing). I quickly realized that, for our needs, her fee was worth it (and much of it goes to animal charities, so win win!).

I just see so many positive changes in Willie over the past month, and if we could just get to the bottom of the skin issues, I feel like everything else will really fall into place. Perhaps wishful thinking, I know.
