Good Morning LL ~O) ~O)

I was unable to post a condo yesterday due to life and work demands. Still ironing out the routine for getting Zeke stable before heading off to work. Just when I think I have the routine down, of course the kitty throws me a curve ball. Today's wasn't any different than a few days ago. Zeke threw up during the 45-minute shot feeding routine. Despite my best efforts at damage control, he dropped to 92 at +1 and 49 at +2. Breaking out the MC/HC and will continue testing/feeding closely for the next two hours.

Yesterday Zeke had a very good day. He spent at least 9 hours in green, without skating low. His AMPS this morning was very consistent with yesterday's and we haven't seen yellow for over 24 hours. We're pleased with his BGs but are eagerly awaiting some PS greens. Can’t see fattening the dose to help the PS greens along though as he dipped below 50 just 2 days ago. I am dismissing today’s drop as I believe it’s entirely due to Zeke not being able to keep his breakfast down. So for now, we're just gonna have to rely on the patience pants to see us through to better PSBGs.

Zeke is looking very wonderful - lovely surf yesterday for him! I hope his belly settles and you get another great surf today. Work those patience pants, and have a great day!!

Just noticed Zeke's back right leg is twitching a bit. Gosh, I hope that's not an indication of him hypo'ng. He's at 44 at +2.75. Just fed him and will be testing again in 20 minutes.

Has he kept the food down since breakfast? Other than the twitch, any other odd behavior?

It must be really hard to stabilize a kitty and deal with the demands of work and a schedule. Good job.

Yes, he's kept the food down since. I wouldn't say "odd" but he keeps wanting more food (coming to and hanging out in the kitchen). Excluding what he might have absorbed before throwing up, he's had about 4 Tablespoons of food which is what I typically feed him. At @ +4.5 he's at 52. Will test again in an hour.

I'm glad Zeke is keeping down the fuds :cool: . I hope you can figure out what may be wrong...sending feel good and surf safe vines to Zeke :-D
 
Well, except for the bouncettes, Zeke's PS BGs are pretty consistent. Humm.....wonder when we'll start seeing green PS :?:
Thankfully, so far he's keeping down his dinner. Whew!
 
Zeke really has a great looking SS, gotta say!!! I'm a little jealous. The numbers Zeke has during the day is why I'm glad I work at home....I don't know how you do it. I'd worry all day!! Looks like you have it under control, though, so great job!!
