Good morning everyone! Sun finally shining here and getting ready for record setting low temps for the next 5 days.

After being in the pinks all day yesterday, numbers started a down turn just as we were getting in bed. Of course I couldn’t sleep wanting to see where they would go, especially after plunging 100 in the next hour. I figured I would give him a teaspoon of ff to slow it a bit especially since he never finished his dinner earlier. He scarfed it down and went back to lick the plate. Same with breakfast this morning. Glad to see the appetite coming back.

A nap is definitely on my agenda today, 5 hours is not enough!

Hi Deb, Tiger is probably bouncing from those lows yesterday. They must know when we would love to go to bed then they start a drop. They just know.

Two days in a row, flat during the day, with action at night. Is this all bounce? A mini bounce?

Why is he doing this? What does the flat cycle indicate?

Being that he is all over the place, .i don’t feel comfortable sleeping at night.

Hi Deb, looks like he’s in a pattern of bouncing in the day and dropping to a nadir around +5 at night to blues right now. So I would probably expect he may do that again.
You could try feeding him a little higher low carb before that time to see if it heads off the drop a bit.

Make sure to put your PMPS in header and further BG so someone can see what’s happening at a glance. I assume you’re using the Libre 3 since you seem to have 24/7 data??
Since you can see he’s dropping you can try to head if off if you think he’s dropping too fast.
