Yesterday was Neko's best 24 hours since she went on insulin! Flat blue day followed by a very LONG surf in the 50's in the middle of the night. And that cycle ended in blue as well. Today was start the bounce.
1/9 Recap:
AMPS 148 +4 177 +5.5 156 +7 189
PMPS 158 +3 100 +4 72  +5 56  +5.5 60  +6.5 59  +7.5 54  +9 115
I probably should have tested more often last night, but Neko usually nadir's early if she starts low and I kept expecting her to rise. She finally got some HC at +7.5 so I could get a couple of hours solid sleep. I did take a drop off her dose this morning. I don't want to spend many more nights with that little sleep. My goal for Neko is to keep her in healthy numbers as much as possible, and keep her green enough that her liver gets used to it and starts to bounce less. As she is an acrocat who has had SRT, we aren't worrying about healing the pancreas, but rather waiting for her tumor cells to die off and getting the right amount of insulin to balance off the growth hormone/insulin growth factor being produced by the tumor.
Today is a glorious sunny day! Both cats are taking in the warmth in the solarium. Neko had a good yard patrol earlier and only got a brief time at the nanners before Theo came over and wanted to join the game, which meant she left in disgust shortly after.
