Another beautiful day and another 6 am morning guitar serenade by Molly today :lol:

Well.....we've got 5 more cycles to go and we can have a PARTY! (anti jinx!) Wishing, hoping, praying this actually happens and it lasts a while! This has all happened so quickly that it doesn't seem like it can be real. Fingers crossed!

Wishing you all a good evening and will try to visit more condos a little later in the afternoon. Swamped at work!
