I Think I would try .25 one more time and start using the calipers to measure the insulin instead of the lines on the syringes. Some of the lines can be off by .25! Look through your stash and find a few with good lines to use for measuring.

I measured 5 different syringes and tried averaging everything but it got confusing. I'm using carepoint syringes and I saw here that 1.2mm = 1.0u so based off that, I shot 2.7mm = 2.25u. I definitely see how each syringe is different from the next so for consistency sake, I'll use the rule of 1.2mm=1.0u
PMPS is quite high at 281 so I think he needs that increase. Tomorrow morning I'll try 2.8mm and call it a fat 2.25u?
He's gone below 50 twice on 2.5u so I would like to try something in the middle, although I wasn't using calipers previously so I can't say for sure how consistent that 2.5u was.
