Today is the 1st anniversary of the day that Leo found his Forever Home.
Or, from Leo's perspective I suppose, it was the day he decided to push the issue and finally get himself dragged into the house from the cold outdoors, sick with a tail infection, to further enmesh his little self around our hearts. His story is in his Profile link below. The vet said he was about 2 years old, so we made his birthday January 1st. Today is Leo's 3rd birthday!
Last New Year's Day after hours at the emergency vet, with a raging infection and 11 stitches in his tail

Show moreIf I'd been able to locate my Balls of Steel last night, Leo could have claimed a New Year's Eve "Shoot the Rainbow" night. Mr L and Mr P are playing more nicely together, and allowing him to remain in healthy numbers longer, and alas, I didn't have the stamina to participate in a couple more hours of moat diving before the BOUNCE.
