Wishing each of you, your kitties and droolers, and your families many blessings in 2014 including love, joy, and good health. Our hearts are sad for Rhiannon today with her DM passing in the night. We keep her family in our prayers. We also are sending more wishes out for Jupe to feel better and our beloved Anne and Liz to kick this icky stuff in the pants!
Well we all managed to stay up until a little after midnight and watch the ball drop in NYC as well as the fireworks the resort just north of us sets off. Gracie sat on the back of the sofa and looked out the picture windows in the back to watch the sparkly colors in the sky. Luckily, they were not loud fireworks so she and Tobes were happy. Then, as if in celebration of a new year to play, they took off on their wild racing, chase around the house. They must have exhausted themselves because by the time I was ready for bed, Gracie followed me in and settled down until Daddy tested her at +6.5. The days have been warm enough lately that Gracie has been getting some catio time in which is good.....but as soon as the day starts to slip away and it starts to get cooler, she's back in the house.
Bouncy day yesterday but she came down last night and I was glad we held off on the R. She's just now starting to settle into the new dose so paws crossed the little extra jooce will smooth out the bounces....especially if we can keep her above 50 or so.

I'm just contemplating my resolutions for the new year!!! Either that or how I'm gonna bushwhack Tobey!!
Have a great day and enjoy the celebration of the New Year. Don't forget to eat black-eyed peas for good luck!!!
