Inverted curves are fun, sometimes they mean too much insulin, sometimes they mean too little insulin, and most of the time they really don't mean anything at all. Since it's not a normal pattern for Chip, and since he has been spending so much of his time in the healing range, and since he has had a series of inverted curves in the past couple of days, I wondered if maybe it meant a reduction was coming. So yeah, chances are he is ready for that reduction and will hold it this time. It's worth a try, as you say, you can always go back up.
PMPS may be the blue bobble again. Or it may be the start of the minor yellow bounce from the new reduction?
The last reduction (sk2.5U) never had any yellow bounce, just a bit of the inverted curve or blue bobble, and seemed to be holding before he earned another reduction.
If this new reduction doesn't hold, I'll be right back to that one.
