09/21--going out of town 9/23-9/26--PHOEBE--NEED HELP WITH DOSING WHILE GONE

GOOD MORNING
I am leaving the morning of 9/23 after amps and meds and feeding. Will return evening of 9/26. Phoebe is getting 1.5 units glargine currently. Please, check spread sheet for numbers. the caregiver will ONLY be giving the insulin that I will draw up. and knows how to give. NO sugars will be done. she is unable to do sugars. I have rescue food (Friskies turkey and cheese with gravy) if Phoebe acts weird, falls, doesn't walk right, too sleepy. she is to give 1/4 can. Or get the maple syrup out if worse. she sits and watches tv with them sitting on her.
please tell me if I should adjust dosing. They all (7) get fed twice daily am and pm. so she is there twice daily. I currently leave dry kibble when I am gone.
I use the Dr. Elsey's turkey/rabbit.
please let me know if I need to change anything. thanks so much for your help.

So far, 1.5 units looks like a good petsitter dose. Now that the 1.75 unit depot is gone, you aren't seeing anything low. But we can double check with tomorrow's data too.

Thank- you. I see that her numbers are coming back down to more consistent yellows today. I did an oopsy and had 22% dry kibble down and I think it may have skewed the numbers. I will be leaving Dr. Elseys dry kibble down while i am gone. It may be overkill, I just am not here to see how much they are eating of the moist.
especially my resistor twistor--snickers.
