This is the first lowest AMPS so far since she's been on insulin. AND... She's earned a decrease to 3.50f. :mrgreen: I fully expected a slightly higher # this morning since she was hounding the others for "leftovers". :lol: I kept chasing her off of everyone. Most annoying, I tell you.

4 P's in place. All is fine in BlackieLand.

MY WISH: For God to help those ailing make a full and speedy recovery... For God to help heal the broken hearts of those who lost a beloved pet and/or human... For everyone to have great #s... For everyone to be OTJ.

Blackie is never annoying!! Especially when she is giving you such great numbers. :lol: Congrats on the great AMPS today. That is definitely a milestone for her and you.

So far, so good. :mrgreen: Will test in about 1 hour's time to see if she dropped any further. I DO expect a slight bounce from the decrease of insulin soon, though. But then again... Perhaps not. With her, I can't tell. :lol:

I was searching for another anything of MC fuds, but only came across a pouch of 10% carbs (it's a Friskies' pouch). I don't have any other MC fuds in the house save for a can of Friskie's Chicken in Gravy (DEFINITELY need to stock up on this stuff). Have a lot of LC fuds, and a HC Whiskas pouch. I'm glad I tested her +5.5 because if she hadn't gone up after her +5, out came the Friskie's pouch. I was going to give her a smidgen of the Friskie's pouch at the 49 that I saw if she didn't rise. Blackie, however, decided to change direction in her #s. Good girl!!! :lol: Guess she didn't want the "carb treat" after all. :lol: She was fed her regular meal of 0.50 oz. steamed chicken.

Thank you, Roni. :mrgreen: I'm going through her ss right now, and since I don't know what her #s were before the :mrgreen: PMPS from last year, or maybe even this year, I'm only guessing that she was green +10 and +9 of today, making it quite possibly the first :mrgreen: 12 hour period thus far. I truly expected a blue +11 since that's the time that she's usually higher before her PS #. *shrug* I guess we'll see where she goes from here. I've got my hypo kit ready, just in case.

A bit too low for my liking. Saw that # staring back at me, and thought, "Ok, out comes SOMETHING to bring her back up." :lol:

Is 10% a LC or a MC fuds?

HC fuds worked. She's been tested 15 times today. Poor sweetheart. :sad: But, it was to keep her from getting too low. I hope that her body gets used to this new dose, and doesn't do another dive like today. :lol:
