What is the normal blood glucose level for cats? I keep finding that it is 80-120 mg/dL (4.4-6.6 mmol/L) mostly on the web but stickies here refer to (50 - 80 mg/dL) for none-diabetic healthy cat

Might depend if you are using a pet meter or a human meter, but with a human meter cats are mostly in the 50-80 range. Though I've tested a non diabetic in the 40's and a few others in the 50's. We just don't want cats on insulin in the 40's, because that leaves no margin of error.
