For what it's worth, I would have held the dose. You saw low blues but only held 10.5 units for 7 cycles.

Well it is worth something. I was arguing with myself… let me ask: what if I go back to 10.5? Is that a possibility?

Why don't you see what he does today at this dose. A 0.5 increase is not a lot, relatively speaking. But you did see green on 10 units, so I'd maybe do a couple extra spot checks.
