Six cycles past last green, if still yellow or high blue tomorrow AM, I think you could increase.
A one hour delay is easy to accommodate, just do 1/2 hour early the following AM and 1/2 the day after that. Sort of like the standard/daylight time change. 3 hours is a bit different. One option we don't often recommend is two 18 hour back to back cycles. I did it exactly once for Neko when I knew I was going to be at least 5 hours late because of an event. It turned out that instead of a morning shot, she got it early afternoon, then the following one back in the AM again. Crazy cat was in the greens at the end of the second 18 hour cycle. A skip is also an option.
