4 P's in place. This morning, Miss Blackie decided to venture onto the bathroom counter, and make sure that everything was inspected and in its place on the countertop. She used to do that before her diagnosis. I'm glad that she's doing that again, now. :-D

MY WISH: For God to help those that have gone through Hurricane Irene make a full and speedy recovery from whatever is happening in their life (if that makes sense)... For God to help those ailing make a full and speedy recovery... For God to help heal the broken hearts of those who lost a beloved pet and/or human... For everyone to have great #s... For everyone to be OTJ.

I just love it when I read one of our kitties is doing and behaving the way they used to before diagnosis. Good for Blackie!

It's official... Miss Blackie's on a "Slim Slow" diet. :lol: Weight's still 12 lbs., so have omitted 0.10 oz. of Evo from her diet. She's now getting 0.70 oz. We'll see what she does in the next 7 days. I keep telling her that this hurts more than it hurts her. I wonder if she buys that..? :lol:

Good for you doing weight loss right - very slow. It's not a race, but something everyone should do slow and safely.

Blackie is looking good this morning! Poor girl. Diets stink. It's not a diet, but a lifetime change. Hope she buys it. :lol: Have a great day Angela!

Hi Angela, good luck with the "Slim slow" diet - it is the hardest thing to get a cat to lose weight the right way. Soon she will have her sleek figure back! Cute with the counter arranging. Cats love our bathroom counters.

Hi guys .. lovely numbers for miss blackie today .. it's always so nice to see them doing things they used to do before diagnosis .. makes it all worth it! I know you're going to get that weight off her, you are so determined!
