Good morning,

here's Blue yesterday: yellow + blue seems to be the trend. I wonder if we just need another small increase adjustment to stay in the blues. His yellows are low to mid-numbers and his blues are respectable. We're at 6 cycles now...

Still waiting for those greens. Those mid cycle blues mean you could wait another day, or increase sooner it's a better day for you to monitor.

I was thinking this, too. I'll go with tomorrow to 3u...which might be the key to green.
Isn’t Blue at 2.5u now?
So the next step up would be to 2.75u (not 3u), wouldn’t it?

I know it’s hard to keep track of all of this, especially with a “big gulper” and one with more average insulin needs, and especially when you’re incrementing/reducing in different amounts as a result. You’re doing good. Hang in there.

(Per Blue’s ss, the AM +6 was 158, not 202, so a nice dip into blue, especially on an AT). Oh, gawd, JL, thank you!! I have these two notebooks with their medications, including insulin and BG tests. On the AT the readout is in World units, so AM +6 8.8/158. As I'm recording the World #, I ask Siri, for example, What is 8.8 x 18 and then I wrote that down correspondingly 8.8/158. You're right, incrementing and reducing in different amounts has me checking and rechecking and then at times mixing them up!! Or repeating something. I know it's hard to believe, but I'm actually a relatively detail-oriented person!!!

I also think you are right about the increase because we went from 2.25 to 2.5 so, yes, it ought to be 2.75. That mistake is due to recalibrating Eddie's dose, sometimes by whole numbers.

But, thanks for keeping an eye out!! I appreciate it.
