p.s. Edward says: bread machines are a rip-off!! He bakes a very simple, no-knead bread that was developed by the Sullivan St. Bakery in NYC. The recipe is a huge success and there are many variants of it on the Internet. Here's a link, and you can also "Google" "No-knead bread".

Instant yeast mentioned in the recipe (not to be confused with the little packets of yeast you buy in the supermarket) can be ordered from the King Arthur Flour Co. You keep it in the freezer. Edward has been baking this bread for 2 years now and he is still on his first package of instant yeast.

Reviewed your spreadsheet, I'm new to Lantus and looking at other's spreadsheets to see how Lantus works in other cats. Quick question- what does the f or s mean after the dose on the spreadsheets?

EDITED: OH i'm going to guess it's for FAT (we used to use FAT to indicate a slightly heavy dose)

Hope all is well in East Texas and you aren't too hot there!!! Oh gee....I must have forgotten that Texas in summer= hot and humid!!
