Not much news to report other than 4 P's in place. Going to be another hot one again, today. This is, I think, going to be the 52nd or 53rd triple digit day. We've all had enough. Thankfully, my headache's gone (knocking on wood).

Also knocking on wood here... This is day 7 of her not showing me any PS # of 130, or above. I must be doing something right. :-D I still need to shave a bit more food from her diet as she's still 12 lbs. *sigh* Heck, I need to shave some food from my diet, too! :lol:

MY WISH: For God to help those who are ailing make a full and speedy recovery... For God to help heal the broken hearts of those who lost a beloved pet and/or human... For everyone to have great #s... For everyone to be OTJ.

Good morning! Great numbers for Blackie again!

So glad your headache is gone! We are back up to 107 today. Ughh. At least we had ten days in the upper 90s, but triple digits again for the next 10 days. Today will be our 42 day over 100. I think Texas is just going to disinegrate and blow away. I know you feel like it is. Sending cool cool thoughts your way and hope that your headache stays away!!

Wow, I was confused because I thought the 'triple-digit numbers' you were complaining about was his BG, not the weather! :shock: :o :lol:
I am SO LUCKY I be a Northerner. :cool: We haven't had a day this year above 98.
 
We found contraband remnants when we came home from our errands yesterday. So, I'm expecting PS #s to be a bit higher. Thank you, Blackie, for breaking the below 130 streak. All that hard work, too. :sad:

PMPS 146, 4.00f, 0.90 oz. Evo 95% C&T
+2 - 0.90 oz. Evo 95% C&T
+3 - 0.90 oz. Evo 95% C&T
+4 - 0.60 oz. steamed chicken

Considering she's still showing 12 lbs., yep, you guessed it... Shaving a bit more from her snack. Goal weight: 11 lbs. I'm trying to not to shave any more from her Evo, but may have to soon.
 
Hi guys,
Good luck with the weight-reduction program. Rusty is also failing weight reduction, even though I'm shaving his portions. Hopefully when the weather gets cooler they will both lose those ounces (cooler weather = better exercise).
