FYI, dose increases can be 10-15% of the total dose.

I was intimidated to increase the 10%, but I will increase 3u this next increase.
He's seems to be doing very well; the fast breathing is all gone. I'm keeping an eye on his cough as I've noticed a cough every few days that produces foamy spit up.
