I think he’d have to get more insulin for a drop under 40. It’s a scary thought as there is no one home all day to check him until we get back from work at around 4pm, unless we are let off early by chance like today.
 
I would not increase. Let’s see how he does on his current dose. The BG is just fine where it is. I just don’t know if it would stay that way without insulin.

I agree. We don't know how low he is going in the day since you can't test. The blue preshots on this dose are almost green.
