Not considering a reduction right now
Henry had a string of 100's with the prior dose of 1.375 but at the very end they disappeared and that's when I made a call for the 1.250 reduction.
Lantus is so slow acting I do not consider the first 3 to 5 days because I think these days still have some influence from the prior dose
