07/24/26 Lola AMPS 90, +3 102, +5 89, +7 90, PMPS 97, +3 75

As I mentioned yesterday, on very low doses, usually feeding around +8/+9 gets the pancreas going to produce its own insulin to get numbers down by preshot. Looks like Lola’s healing pancreas needs a little extra coddling :rolleyes:. At this point based on how she’s been trending, she may benefit from what I’d call a little dose finessing. We can also see what others say and how the day goes again first.

Okay! I think the threat of increasing her dose didn’t work this time 😔 She was still giving me blues last night :( . I can definitely still give her a snack around the +8/+9 mark but my husband swore up and down that was why her numbers were higher last night lol 🤣.
 
yall….lola keeps playing with me lol. I was going to increase her to 2 drops as of tomorrow so I can keep a close eye on her and monitor her and I told her this tonight and look what she’s done….gone down to 75 for her +3 🤣🤣🤣 that’s the lowest number she’s given me in days lol 💀 I will see what she’s at tomorrow and might continue on with the 1 drop or might start her on 2 drops…we will see lol
