Good afternoon, Adrienne. Hope your girl is feeling well and eating well. No more hiding under the table - I hope.
Hi Summer. I see Susie decided she likes that 2.25. Sweet unpredictable Susie :cat:. Maybe she is getting ready to go back to 2 units. Dolly is doing well just keeping me up too late. Getting too old for these late hours :p Hope you and Susie have a wonderful Sunday. Dolly hiding under the table is a mind game she plays with me. One day I will get it on video, it’s really pretty funny. :bighug:

Unfortunately, I feel I have no choice but to reduce Susie after a day like today. Would love to see your Dolly on video someday. I know about the testing at night. It really messes with my days.

LOL!!!

That's pretty cute! And yes, I'd take that bet - the screaming will start very very soon...

I hope you guys are doing well...sorry to hear Dolly is playing the hidey game with you again...Luci likes to play the 'hard to get' game with me. She knows I cannot reach her when she waltzes underneath the dining room table in betwixed all the dining room chairs - she knows good and well that I cannot reach her without pulling out the chairs - the table is glass so it's not going anywhere and I can see her little butt wandering between the chairs and the glass pedestals avoiding me - so I just walk away - back into the kitchen to whistle for her..and I just keep whistling - she probably thinks I've lost my mind - but she does finally come into the kitchen to see what the hold up is...and knows very well that I've been waiting for her...

That girl...she's got my number...and I suspect Dolly has yours...they know.

Have a good evening Adrienne!

.
You just gave a perfect description of Dolly and the dinning room table. It’s wood with rod iron curly legs that take up lots of space plus the chairs. You made me laugh :joyful::joyful::joyful: and I thought we were the only ones playing this game . You have a good evening as well :)

Aww Dolly, be nice to your sweet mama, and eat your fuds! Hope you get to go to bed a little earlier tonight, Adrienne! :bighug::bighug:
Thanks Katherine. Not eating and this mama is tired of begging a cat that only understands English when it’s in her favor . She’s been off for a couple days (although Rob says she’s just being a cat :cat: ). If anyone saw me begging this kitty to get on the table they would definitely think I’d lost it completely. I see Ruby got a blue tonight. :cat:Hope both girls are doing well. Have a good night Katherine. :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

Hi from California too. I just picked up your post from Ruby’s input regarding our cat’s gimpy hips. I do actually follow you and Dolly when I saw a reference to her hip and pain meds. I find I can sometimes get a more in-depth insight from this group’s posts than trips to the vet. Like Dolly, Cali has stools everywhere to assist. I hover and can tell when pain has reached a intolerance threshold. She hides and is fairly immobile. Then she gets 1/2 prescribed dose and seems good for a time. I know what you are referring to about the hip ball and socket. I used to watch Dr. Jeff, DVM in Colorado on animal planet. He did hundreds of those operations where other ER vets were $infeasible. They cut the ball, rasp smooth, and reattach to socket somehow. Probably not unlike human hip pain and replacement. Keep me posted and I will do likewise.

Dr Jeff is the best. Talk soon Carla. Have a good night both you and Cali.
