Give him another couple cycles. It can take up to 6 cycles to clear out a bounce. Sometimes they go extra high the cycle they decide to break the bounce so be on the lookout for a break tonight;)

Also he saw some blues in last couple cycles as well and even those could trigger the bouncing since his body isnt used to those numbers
 
He is bouncing from the greens a couple of nights back but he has been on this dose long enough and his numbers are trending higher. You have enough room for an increase with nadirs in the 80s. I would take him up to 1.75U tomorrow.
