do I reduce to 1.25U since he has green numbers today?? Unfortunately I couldn’t finish his curve today as I had to rush my fiancé to the hospital. I’ll be doing his PMPS shortly.

First time doing this so I hope my title is correct!

Yes the title is correct!
Yes because you dropped under 90 on SLGS you reduce the dose to 1.25 units.
Are you feeding snacks during all the first half of the cycles?
I hope your fiancé is OK
 
Okay that’s what I thought the rule was but wanted to make sure!
He just eats dry food free fed but picked up 2 hours before shots.
He gets a lick or two of churu for his shot.

thank you! He’s fighting a bad infection from a cyst in his neck.

It’s a complicated story but yes. He has a fluid filled cyst in his neck. Been there about 2 years. Last year they wanted to do surgery but then changed mind because of the risk. They opted for some type of injection treatment and it worked for the time being. Less than a year later it is back and with a vengeance! Already had MRI and ultrasound and all a few weeks ago. Had the treatment scheduled for July 28 but today he woke up and was like on deaths bed all of sudden.it’s like 5 times bigger and red. It’s crazy.
