J.D.'s ears are still laying flatter over to the sides from that ear exam he got yesterday. It was just a deep poke with some instrument with a light on the end, but he is not used to that.

He ate part of his 1st Breffis at AMPS while out on the deck. Then I got a teeny bit of btb, so the cats had to come back inside and J.D. went to his bed next to my bed, and just finished his 1st Breffis there.

It's a work day for J.D. and I, today. I think I'll bring some R and hopefully will not need it.

I hope J.D.'s ears perk back up soon. It sounds like he has a good appy this morning. Have a good day at tbp and I hope you don't need the R.
 
Cats read our minds

Last night, Ginger was a little hungry, and I thought I had a partially finished can of MC FF Medleys. When I thought that she seemed more hungry. When I found the still covered can, and started to walk towards her with it, she started crying real loud like she does when she's going to get some of J.D.'s HC or MC yummy food. She must have read my mind, unless she can see the aqua color of the can, but she started becoming more voiceterous sp? before I even found the can. She often reads my mind. It just reminded me of how I should watch what I think around her ;-)

I just got back from my catsitting visit for my neighbors.
I asked them where their treats were, and she said they don't feed treats because the cats are already fat. They have one 20? pound cat. She said I could bring some treats with a little hesitation. I said I would only bring them every three days.
The last time (2 years ago) that I catsat their cats, one of the cats I did not see for three days as she is extremely shy and hides under or in? the couch, I got very worried when I did not see her for three days. Eventually, she came out and I was relieved.
This time, I saw her last night when I went to feed them dinner, and she is so small, and just kept staring at me.
I told her last night that I would bring her some treats the next time I saw her.
This morning, she was right out and I gave her some treats and she followed me everywhere and jumped up on the couch next to me and let me pet her and skritch her neck. She must weigh 2 pounds. A bitty little cat, but still.
I told her I would bring her more treats tonight.

Okay off to go bring in the cats from outside and get ready for work.

Woohoo! J.D., you are doing great. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: I'm guessing you didn't get any R? That is too funny about Ginger and the MC. Maybe she smelled it? And cute about the neighbor's cat coming out for treats. :-D That reminds me of when a friend housesat for 3 weeks (pre-FD) and never saw Tillie. At all. Have a great day, Dyana.
