ohmygod_smile I believe this hideous # is my fault. I was afraid he'd drop low last night so I fed him some FF Medley's (this always drive's his BG up) because I needed some sleep, I had to wake up at 5am today. Now I am feeling terribly guilty for ruining his good run yesterday. :YMSIGH:

It's probably just his reaction to the long string of greens. He'll be back in no time. No worries.

Yep, he might have bounced anyway. So don't blame yourself! And Tray got a nice treat!!Hope you got your sleep!!!

I agree with Dyana and Ella, totally. Tray was probably going to bounce a little anyway and you needed to sleep without worrying. I bet Tray was happy for the bonus food. :lol:

You did good putting down a little higher carb before bedtime.
just a little bouncy - but otherwise nice cycle last nite!!

Unless Tray was eating Karo an hour before AMPS, I doubt the food at +5 is still having much of an influence on numbers. Like everyone is pointing out, this is most likely a bounce.

I've been in the same exact position before. Definitely not your fault! You did the right thing in case Tray dropped too low. Take care and no worries, he'll come back down :smile:

So he really enjoyed those FF Medleys. I've not yet tried them! It's probably like us eating pizza. He will do better today; it's hard not to want to get them back up when low. Have a nice day.

I did the same thing to Kasha yesterday... Hence the yellow PMPS. I swear those medleys bump her up and keep her up for a while... which is great when she drops low and I can monitor, but not so great when I leave some out for her to make sure she's ok while I'm out... Which FF medley flavor did you give?

It's probably combined with a bounce, which is exactly what happened with Kasha yesterday.. Hopefully he'll clear it quickly!

And you thought you hated the pinks! The reds really stink!! But as everyone said, don't worry about it. Tray is just taking a short trip to RBC and will be back soon.

Even when I give the salmon or turkey with garden greens - which are just supposed to be 9% - Kasha gets bumped up pretty high, depending on how much I let her eat. I no longer even give anything in the FF medleys with higher carb content than those... because we haven't needed it (I suspect those medleys are actually higher carb than listed) - even when we drop into the 30s... Last time I had good luck giving her a tiny little bit mixed in with some LC.

blech! Well don't feel bad ... mocha is high pink this morning too, and she ate MC early in the cycle and apparently it kicked in wayyyy late .... and then lasted through the night ...... and into the morning ... :YMSIGH:

I tried to feed Gotti my civvie FF Medley last night, he hated it?! So, the puppies were very happy this morning when they got breffis :lol:

thank you once again everyone for getting me through my latest panic.

I was afraid to test him tonight but 265 isn't too bad of a PMPS, hope to get some blues tonight.
