Good morning.

I think J.D. is doing one of his long duration and/or come down slowly for up to 24 hours modes. At least it's slowly. I like that. I can handle that. I shot him in the scruff this morning, hoping it will continue to be slowly, while I'm at work today.

He has eaten his first breakfast and is laying in his favorite spot.

Sloow is the best thing! That's I like about Lev!
With lantus Jake would drop so fast ,than bounce so high. For him Lev works better.

Are you starting Lev this weekend?
Putty has been on it for 3 weeks...not sure if I see a difference yet although he is not dropping and bouncing as much so that is a good thing.

I finally got a hold of canadadrugsonline and they said they did not ship the Levemir until the 2nd (last Friday), so it may not arrive until next week sometime.

I want to have some extra time off to monitor when I start the new insulin, and my next 3 day weekend after this one coming up, isn't until 07/24 to 07/26.
We fly to California on 08/29. Would 30 days on the new insulin be a long enough adjustment period before we leave? I wish it would come today or tomorrow.

I guess he had a good day today.
It's pretty bad when you have to guess how good a day he had :roll: by how high he bounces, huh?

I wish for the Levemir to be much better on the bounces. Please!

The little box is so tiny. I'm re-freezing the melted ice packs to use in J.D.'s carrier.
