I can officially say... Goal weight: 11.5 lbs. ACHIEVED!!!!!!!!! I weighed her twice this morning, and both times it showed at 11.50 lbs. If she loses a bit more, it'll be on her own terms, not mine. :lol: She's officially on 4.8 oz. of fuds a day now. One goal achieved, now to get her #s down further. Good thing I stocked up on Patience Pants! :lol:

MY WISH: For God to help heal the broken hearts of those who lost a beloved pet and/or human... For God to help those ailing make a full and speedy recovery... For everyone to have great #s... For everyone to be OTJ.

Wow! Great work Blackie! Slimming down is not easy to both human & kitty & you did it! Keep it up!

Congratulations on the weight loss. You've worked so diligent and hard and it's paid off, great job and not an easy one with cats. Nice low blue AMPS, too! I bet lots of greens today.

I don't think it was hard for Blackie to lose the weight, more like it was ssssslllllloooooowwwww going. :lol: Just like humans, it's a slow process. However, other than walking around the house during the feeding times, she's asleep for a good part of the day, with some preening in the process thrown in for good measure. The princess must preen, you know. :lol: Playtime for her has left the building. Unless she feels like it. Next week, her kittens will be 11 years old, and I think Blackie will be about 11 1/2 years old considering she wasn't a full year when she had them. I remember them when they were first born, and of course, fell immediately in love with them. They've been here ever since as I couldn't bear to part with them. I'd rather keep them, and make sure they're well taken care of then giving them away and not knowing their future.
