I slept through some alarms last night.

J.D. ate his 1st Breffis on the couch and Ginger was eating her's on the floor close to the couch. J.D. ate all his up, an jumped down and went over and ate Ginger's out from under her nose. Sometimes she eats to fast and scarfs and barfs and sometimes (most times) she eats real slow and daintly like, and licks licks licks at the food until she has a nice meatball of food formed. J.D. ate that meat ball she took so long to form, in 2 and a 1/2 bites, and went btb.

I just served him his 2nd Breffis in his bed under the air conditioning vent in the bedroom, and he is eating that.
Looks like he's on the rise.

Tomorrow is a day off!!! Yay!

Yesterday, I was taking him and Ginger for a walk around the other side of the building, and I was carrying J.D. (over my shoulder) to put him down where we would turn around, so he would walk back home. As soon as I put him down, he pooed right in the middle of the sidewalk. He has done this before when I carried him, started pooing the second I put him down. He has also pooed after the vet does an exam. I wonder if the pressure on his tummy makes him poo.

Anyway, no walk this morning. I have to log off now to get to work.

Sounds like a good morning in your house, love the good appy. Poor Ginger, big brother stealing her foods. Both of my cats do that to each other, depending on what the food is. Kind funny.

That is weird about the poo, it must be that the pressure stimulates the need to go.

Hi, Dyana, I love the description of how the kitties eat their fuds differently. Too funny!

I'm glad J.D. didn't poo on your shoulder... :shock:

I took the kitties for a short walk after PMPS and they enjoyed their 1st Dinner out on the cement steps and each asked for more and got a second helping. Ginger is still on the cement steps, and J.D. is laying out on the deck, and Ginger has run off somewhere. I better go round her up.
 
Hi Dyana......isn't tummy massage, how Anne and Liz, get Zener to poo? I may be wrong about their motive, I know they massage his tummy.

Sorry, but I had to giggle at J.D., grabbing Ginger's meatball, after all her hard work, forming it. (teehee)

I think that's why they massage Zener's tummy.
J.D. has pooed twice on the vet exam table, and each time the vet said look at him, it's hard for him to poo, see him strain. Well, it sure comes out easy sometimes, then. I'm confused.
He poos about once a day, and it could be a little softer, but I think he does okay. I probably should go get some more baby food squash for him.

A lot of times Ginger grabs her formed meatball and runs off with it to a corner of the house and eats it in peace by herself, while J.D. licks the remains from her bowl.
