When I returned home from work in the sweltering summer heat yesterday, half of the left out food was eaten. J.D. did not eat much at all at PMPS. I gave him some cypro and onda at +1. At +2 he ate a little tiny bit of baby food beef with broth. At +5 I gave him some bupe and he ate about 1/3 can of FF Cod, Sole & Shrimp. I kept putting a little FF Beef on a plate and going back to sleep and when I woke up it was gone, but I kind of think it was Ginger who was eating it.
This morning, I gave J.D. cypro and onda at +11.5, and he was hungry and waiting for his Breffis. At +11.75 and 15 minutes more to go before AMPS and food, I decided to take him for a walk to distract him. He kept trying to eat grass (because he will do that when he is hungry), but I didn't want him to throw up his pills, so I kept him from the grass as much as I could. When we got home, he ate his 1st Breffis and half of Ginger's (she was not hungry), both with baby food squash mixed in. And J.D. had two poos yesterday.
J.D. is out on the deck and was washing his face the last time I looked. It makes me smile when I see him washing his face, because as far as I know he seems to do that when he has just enjoyed a meal.
That's my story. I hope J.D. continues to eat well today, and surf the nice numbers.
