Praying this is a better day for my Dolly Girl. No hiding, pain meds helping and hoping they are not the reason for her hiding from me. It's been a very rough 3 days for her and starting out with a more normal for Dolly number at AMPS, maybe she is feeling better. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Attempted to give Dolly her pain meds and it was awful. I hope she got at least half the dose. She is so darn strong and moved her head, can’t even explain it. Nightmare to give her meds, she fights it and now she will probably be under the table again. :(

Thanks Katherine. I finally tested her. I have to tread lightly, like walking on eggshells. She wouldn’t jump up on her own, she got in her bed on the couch so I could carry her over. (Still hard for me to do) She’s now joined us instead of hiding under the table, thank goodness. She has an internal clock so she will go back under the table in two hours. :arghh: I am exhausted from begging and pleading with her. I refuse to force her so it’s Dolly’s call. If anyone saw me they would think I had totally lost it. :banghead::banghead: Hope Ruby’s numbers start coming down. I am sure you were prepared for this to happen, but, when it does it has to be scary. Hope Olive is still eating. Hope Katherine is okay. Thinking of all of you. :):):cat::cat:

That’s what Dolly says about poking, meds and other annoying things she says I’m guilty of :mad:

Thanks Summer. Sorry it took so long to respond. I agree, kitties do not like anything put it their mouth :stop: except their food out of a bowl that they can eat from, or in our case, treats on the floor. You certainly had a busy day with Susie. I hope you get some well deserved sleep. You are doing such a great job with her dosing. Have a good evening/sleep. Tomorrow will be here in the blink of an eye and we start all over again. Surf safely sweet Susie. :bighug::bighug:
