I checked the death date of the insulin, and it expires 07/11. I have about 1/4 of the bottle left.

MY WISH: For God to continue to help those that have gone through disasters... For God to continue to help heal the broken hearts of those who lost a beloved pet and/or human... For God to continue to help Sienne's sister make a full and speedy recovery... For everyone to have great #s... For everyone to be OTJ.

+2 110 - 1.5 oz. FF T&G
+3 - 1 oz. FF T&G

I checked the SS, and the vial that I'm currently on was opened 03/30/11. Still watching her #s. I'm watching the vial, also. I'd rather try to use it all if possible. There's about 1/4 of the vial left. I hate wasting insulin, no matter the insulin.

As much as I don't want to, I'm going to open a new pen tonight and see if that it is, in fact, the insulin in the vial that's going. I was looking back on her history to check, and there seems to be a time before then, too. I hate wasting insulin, but if this vial is turning, then there's no sense in my continuing to use it.

I'm guessing that her shed needs to be refilled at this point. I expect a blue AMPS # tomorrow morning.

Good luck with the new pen. I now on wasting insulin. It always pained me to be throwing it out....
