Started her on the vacation dose of 0.75u since last night.

Just that my friend needs to go out for work right after she inject the insulin so by giving her food earlier, she can monitor if Tabby really eats it.

Will someone be home to give Tabby food later in the cycle when your friend is at work?

I have bought a time feeder so I will ask my friend to set it up before she leaves for work. Is +2 and +7 ok? However I'm not sure if Tabby will eat from there.

Sounds good. She could also leave a bit of food in her bowl for her if you think she might not eat from the feeder.
