that was the dose I was at when this dance started
Yeah, well...! :D

How are you measuring the drop dose?

To measure a drop dose, push the plunger of the empty syringe in fully, keep it pressed and insert in the pen. Let go of the pressure on the plunger and it will draw a drop. When you insert the needle into him, push the plunger and count to ten if he will let you.

Ordinarily, this would be a dose reduction. These are photos from the fine dosing sticky.

Do you think you can reduce the 0.1 to "some" insulin. It may mean twisting the plunger to see how much insulin is in the syringe (i.e., the # of drops) and see if you can reduce the amount.

Despite the numbers, I don't think Magellan is ready for an OTJ trial. You may want to think about feeding Magellan a slightly higher carb food so you can maximize the insulin to flatten out the curve.

I agree Magellan is NOT ready for OJT. The ability to skinny up one drop but I am still wrapping my brain around how to do that.

I am going to post the next dose to be .05 instead of .10. How I plan on getting it..I will mark the plunger and a spot on the barrel. With the plunger pushed flat down slowly rotate the plunger 2 times.. Took a lot of figuring but I was able to get a very, very small drop constantly.
