he had a huge bounce from yesterdays low but I had a eureka moment! he was back to being lethargic, drinking on his side,eating on his side.he was still a little lethargic coming out of the bounce but I honestly think these bounces have hit him like a tonne of bricks every time!! im wwondering whether that's what made him feel so poorly all along!!
as all tests are negative so he must just feel ABSOLUTELY rubbish when he goes high. I don't know if its just that or whether its because he goes up so quick and pretty quick coming down.even though hes been in the blue all day hes only just coming out to play!

on the positive side hes doing fab on the dose decrease.............again!

i always have to translate the numbers into human meter equivalent. So the 133 on AT is about 100 on a human meter.

Yes, i think some cats feel very crappy when their BGs go high, or when they are zooming up and then plummeting. Punkin would lay against his water bowl every time he got high. he obviously felt yucky.

Wonderful that bailey is already clearing the bounce. Unless he comes down further either on this cycle or tonight's cycle, I think i might increase 0.25u to try to get all of his numbers under 130 (roughly 100 on human meter), or at least under 160AT if possible. The normal cat BG range on the AT is going to be approximately 68-160ish (50-120 human meter). He is nearly there today!

Il see how we go.what a difference Julie.ive never seen so much blue on baileys spreadsheet! it seems its taking him less time now to clear a bounce!
hes back to playing tonight so this lethargy has definitely something to do with his bg. BUT were getting there!!! whodve thunk it ;-)
