I tried last night :roll: Maybe he felt he went down too fast from the R, and went back up.

We went for a pretty long walk this morning before AMPS. J.D. wanted to go at 4:30am, but I made him wait until 5:30am. At first J.D. started out slow, but once we were pretty far from home, he was keeping up with me and seemed to feel better.
It's nice to get them back into the habit of the long walks again, but the middle of the night is very strange and somewhat sleep depriving for the bean.

They ate 1st Breffis at AMPS, and just ate 2nd Breffis already at +0.5. But, I do like to see J.D. eating well, so I'm happy. And J.D. is sitting in his bed, and Ginger is sitting outside the bed next to him, and they are getting all the crumbs and sprinkles of FF juice off each other's faces :-D Now, Ginger got inside the bed and is curled up next to J.D. but they're still grooming each other. Don't know why they like that lumpy old kitty bed.

I hope J.D. decides he's coming down today, nice and easy and surfs.

Looks like J.D. and Simon both like the pink floor this morning. 4:30 in the morning for a walk?!! That is just a tad too early and glad to hear you didn't give into him. Does J.D. walk on a lease or does he just follow along with you? I would love to see a video of that!

Come on down JD! I can't believe you made him wait until 5:30 for the walk! :lol: Great to hear that he is keeping up on the longer walks again and that his appy is doing well. So sweet that they clean eachother. Tarragon has a big dog bed and a little tiny cat bed from when he was a kitten. Guess which one he usually picks? Yep, the little tiny kitty bed. Crazy cats. Hi guys .. I can't believe you walk your kitties in the middle of the night! Thank goodness our girls have come to learn that when it's night time, we ALL go to sleep :lol: Come on down now J.D.! Have a great day guys!

Can we say SPOILED, lol....5:30 am walks...lol not in my house we don't, lolol!
Come one down Mr. JD....would be nice to see you do a nice slow decent into the blues!

J.D. seems to be feeling good. He had steak for treats when I got home at PMPS. He's outside right now, and I'm going to go join him.

Thanks. I gave him a "drop" of R this time (less than at the zero line) hoping to not cause a rise in the middle of the cycle.
The past week or more, he hasn't wanted to walk outside (except for in the middle of the night) and I have either tempted him with treats by walking ahead about 8 feet at a time and he comes to me for the treat, or I've carried him half the way, and then he walked back. Tonight, we went for a nice walk no problemo. Okay, I had a big ole slice of steak dangling from my fingers, but he walked all the way to the end of the next condos, and back again, and then went out with me again to search for Ginger. I just think he's feeling better, today. Now, hoping for better numbers.

Haven't the nights been nice and cool? :-D
 
Wow! Early morning walking JD? Seriously, I thought my cats are spoiled with their supper at 3am, you are cool! Dont let my gang knew it!

Is JD doing better Dyana? Guess if his appy is good, he must be in pretty good state!

Mmmm steak walks!!! Have you ever had other cats in your neighbourhood follow you home? :lol:

We're really happy to hear that J.D. is showing signs of feeling better. That's good for the soul to hear. His walks sound wonderful!

Hope J.D. decides to hang out a little lower tomorrow.
