Eddie's ability to eat is improving. He ate almost everything this morning on his own and just now AM +8 I gave him some textured food and he ate it all on his own.

Next stop, get a handle on dose/BG.

It's on again, off again. He mostly does well in the morning (breakfast) and snack. Evenings not so much but I think the evening problem is that I haven't given him Buprenorphine enough in advance of giving him food. I usually give it to him about 3 hours before breakfast and last night and tonight I was going to give it to him after eating for bedtime. That's a mistake. We had a small food war tonight. But it's getting better. It's only 5 days since surgery and I think his small gains are pretty good. I also think he doesn't feel well when he BG is up like this.

@Wendy&Neko So PM +8 380 and AM on the 11th will be six cycles. I can increase tonight. He's on 5u now and pretty steady in the pink(?) zone. What would you see as appropriate?
