@Bronx's dad ... I am thinking the trail has ended :( I couldn't find reference to it on their web site, unless I was at the wrong site.... would you have a link or perhaps via mail we could share the information. I am interested in perhaps looking at the trail option for the Cabergoline. How did you get in touch with them?

Thanks Nat

RVC are great at responding to emails.
Thanks Wendy, I actually found that one right after, just sent off the email now, had posted on the FB prior to that.... well they will know I am serious :)...

Started Marvin on Cosequin last week. Had him on another joint suppliment for about a month prior to receiving the order of Cosequin, I swear I see improvement some days, walks more... still on his hocks, but at least he is moving more. Not all the time, but some times.

How could you tell your Neko was reacting the Lantus sting? Reason I ask, after I said I didn't think it affected him, I realized that may be it has. In the last two weeks when he was eating less, sometimes after I gave him his shot he within 1/2 seconds he stops eating. It's not always, but most of the time the last two weeks. May not be related, that is the only reaction I get, other than that I don't even think he knows I am injecting him.

:cat:

BTW I think my friends now think I am a crazy cat lady, cause I am on here with all you wonderful people :)... hmmm any hot cat single cat man on here? LMOA... Marvin needs a papa....Jking (not really) ....

Chris from RVC will respond back to you, maybe even over the weekend. He was great at responding and answering questions about the trial. Single cat man here :), but in NJ :(

That would be great if I heard from him on the weekend. Saw my Vet today when I went to pickup food for Marvin, and told her about it, and she is totally willing to help. We were kidding around that she would be the acromegaly expert in Quebec :)....

Isn't NJ about 8 hours away lol...

That's great your vet wants to learn about acro and become an "expert". The vet may be very willing to have Marvin start the trial. Hopefully they don't charge too much for it, I paid $97 for 37 days worth but heard others paid almost twice as much. Montreal is 5.5 hours away but it involves a border crossing!

Mine was kind of after the fact. There were a couple of times she'd walk away while I was doing the shot, but not often. It wasn't why I made the switch. I switched to Levemir because her cycles were driving me crazy - low at night and bounce during the day. For months on end. :arghh: In a desperate attempt to change things and having tried everything else, I switched to Lev. Then she started purring when I gave the shot. The lightbulb went off. As a bonus, her cycles became flatter and more predictable.

Welcome to the club - it's a badge we wear with honour. :)

We did have a single crazy cat man in Montreal, but Sebastian @Photorecon is now seeing a crazy cat lady in Washington.
