67 at +3, a drop of 56 points from AMPS and she hasn't gotten off the couch to go eat, but if I place her in front of the food she eats...

Sounds like she's feeling comfy at 67 and doesn't feel the need to eat at that level.

She's definitely feeling a lot better than she did two months ago, so we've made great progress.
