05/22 Scout, AMPS 366, +10 407, LC treats?

The popular treats tend to be freezer dried proteins. They are zero carbs -- as long as you make sure that the only ingredient is a protein. There are several brands of freeze dried chicken (e.g., Pure Bites). My guys like freeze dried mussels if I can find them. Bonito flakes are also popular. (Get them at an Asian market vs a pet food store.) All of these easily crumble so they can also be used as a topper for food.

Some members will cook off a chicken breast, cut it into small pieces and freeze what you won't use in a couple of days. Alternatively some cats like raw chicken.

Thank you, Sienne. It looked like a lot of people use freeze dried treats. Something else to stock up on.
