good morning good people and their kitties of the forum!

yet another good day in the prairie. zero had another 2 green cycles yesterday ¡yayyy!

this morning he is sitting at 65 on his AMPS, and I'm a bit confused as to what you guys think I should do here. Should I shoot and test @+2, +4? or not feed and stall a bit?

Thevsecondvtestvwas within meter variance so flat. If you stall much longer his bg might drop from lack of food. If you are still stalling test again to see if safe to shoot. I can’t stay with you though.

tested 30 mins later and keeps dropping 58 1 hour later. he is very annoyed at testing because his ears are very sensitive today. I'm gonna feed and shoot
 
zero update: i decided to shoot. pretty nervous. he was sitting at 58 one hour later since his AMPS so not rising, falling slowly but seems like a meter deviance might be? decided to shoot anyway, gonna be on top of him today, poor thing is so tired of ear pricking.

zero update: i risked not testing his +1 to give his ears a rest, they are reaaally sensitive. also, his right ear seems like it hurts to the touch, and is not bleeding at all, so I've been poking only his left. 🫢 - other than that he has been eating pretty well and playing along, so i figured food would keep him from going under. his +2 sits at 67. gonna test him again at +4 to check his dip.
 
zero UPDATE: +4.25 - 61 we seem to be having a chill flat surf todayyyy! staying on the sixties!! ✨

he is free fed, so he is used to not eat great amounts in one sitting but rather likes to peck a little bit almost hourly, so far today we've been kept on the sixties, and he has eaten pretty consistently every hour only lc and its working really good for him. I feel like the worst is over, since he usually drops heavy @+4, but we are on the 60's now, so it looks good. will test again @+6 and then let him rest until his PMPS

Great job today! He threw you a couple surprises but nice, flat Lantus curve!
