Gotcha! I see now that that's been a big long bounce since that greenie. It looked like he was going to break it yesterday, and he did a little, but he bounced back up. One thing I noticed about Jude is that toward the beginning of treatment, his bounces were longer, but then they began to get shorter in duration over time. Let's go, Mister!! Mom wants to get you back down into some of those green numbers.

Elizabeth…we have noticed some bounce-breaking patterns over the years. One is flat yellows (yesterday) often followed by a high before the break (last night). Let’s hope Mister has read the FD Manual
The other thing that works quite often (I think they do it to humiliate me) is if I say, “Oh it looks like Mister needs a dose increase”. Then they drop into green and the CG thinks I don’t know what I’m doing and the cat looks smug. But I’ll take one for the team, Mister, if you’ll come back down today safely into green. No drama!
Because he’s seen some yellow nadirs and his ketones are down, under the TR protocol, you would just increase 0.25u to 3.75u bid. You can do it with the PM cycle or start tomorrow morning.
